What the app does
Fluid Flow Live Wallpaper renders an animated desktop wallpaper, can optionally react to audio already playing on the Mac, and lets you customize visuals and performance.
Data the app does not collect
Name, email address, phone number, or precise location.
Contacts, photos, or browsing history.
Advertising or tracking analytics.
Audio recordings uploaded to a server.
Permissions
When music-reactive features are enabled, macOS may request access to system audio that is already playing on the Mac.
On older macOS versions, Screen Recording permission may be required as a technical fallback for accessing system audio.
For importing or exporting settings, the app accesses only the file or folder you explicitly choose.
If you enable launch at login, macOS stores that preference so the app can start automatically after sign-in.
How data is processed
Rendering, theme handling, palette generation, and audio-reactive behavior run locally on-device. The app does not use cloud accounts and does not upload settings, imported files, or audio data to a developer-controlled server.

Language and appearance preferences.
Visual tuning and performance settings.
Palette and theme choices.
Whether the photosensitivity warning was acknowledged.
App Store and Apple services
If the app is installed through the Mac App Store, Apple may process purchase, licensing, or device-related information under its own terms. The app may validate the App Store receipt locally for licensing and anti-tampering.
Data sharing, retention, and controls
The app does not sell personal data.
The app does not share app-collected data with third parties for advertising, tracking, or analytics.
There is no developer-hosted user database to delete.
You can control app access and behavior by disabling features, revoking permissions, resetting settings, or uninstalling the app.
Safety notice
The app can display intense visual effects, rapid color changes, pulses, bloom, and flashing patterns. These effects may not be suitable for everyone, especially people with photosensitive epilepsy or sensitivity to flashing lights.
